Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I am married to a beautiful man named JP along with a very unhappy dad Henry. Many people are familiar with me via my Instagram account @annephung, where I write about my experiences- the highs the lows and everything in between. My family relocated to America. At the age of 1 and 1/4 I was able to join my parents. In order to give them the chance to have a prosperous future, I focused on achieving success and put in the effort in order to reach it. My life was set out for me to attend university, find a job in a corporation, marry and buy an apartment. The life I had planned for me was not what it turned out. In 2013, I found that I hated going to work at my corporate job. Status and money did inspire me. I thought I was wasting time for money. When I started to take steps to a new path in life I realized that personal training was what I wanted to do. I'm a sucker for fitness, and I love being around people and helping them. The business I started in the year 2014. It is my seventh birthday this year. It's rare to meet an Asian woman in this business. Within the field of coaching I'm determined to make a difference by providing quality training to assist others in becoming healthier and happier. Also, I want everyone to be able to follow their dreams and be able to achieve whatever it is they wish for in their life. My professional career began to take off when I was experiencing the most successful times of my life. My mother died just as my professional life began to fall off. The eight years she fought struggle with Scleroderma. She is now resting in Heaven and I'll remain close to her in my heart. It's incredible how life gives us exactly the instruction we require, even when we don't realize that it is there. My mother's death has changed my life in a profound way and I believe she gave me a second chance in life. She passed away at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. This was her moment to start her new journey. I got my second opportunity to live an enjoyable and fulfilling life. What I'm experiencing now in my 30s is an experience of aliveness and awareness. It's like I'm truly living instead of just being. I am sharing my experiences to you with the hope that you'll be able to connect with my words and experiences in order to let you feel secure knowing that you're not the only one, to realize that you're beyond capable of anything that you can imagine. and that love is real, that therapy is normal and needed to be healthy is truly the greatest form of wealth. I pray to live your the life you want to live and have your end is without regrets since that's the only thing that we have to be confident about for the rest of our lives.

The date of her birth is 29 March 1985 in Roswell in New Mexico. Gerina Michelle Mendoza is her name. Gerina Stevenson is a native of Mexico to Mexican parents Alan Stevenson and Rita Stevenson. The mother of two is Mexican American and is an American in nationality. From a young age the desire for her to be involved in sports was evident. Gerina took up golf for the first time at the age of fifteen. Gerina went to Goddard High School for her higher education in high school. She won at the New Mexico State Golf Tournament during her time in high school. Along with playing volleyball, she also competed at a state-level. 2003was the year she started her studies in the University of Texas. During the senior years of her career, she had won every tournament where she played.
