Richard Bruce Cheney is the son Richard Herbert Cheney of the late Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. He was born on the 30th of January 1941 at Lincoln Nebraska. When Richard Bruce Cheney turned 13 He and his family relocated from Lincoln Nebraska to Casper Wyoming where his father worked for his position as the head of U.S. Department of Agriculture's regional soil conservation districts.
